Care Instructions:
Mattress Safe® products are lightweight and as easy to launder as your sheets. For quick clean ups between washings, lightly vacuum or wipe the surface with a damp cloth. To launder, simply use hot water wash cycle with regular detergent. Do not use bleach. Our protectors dry quickly; use low to medium heat (approximately 15 minutes in most dryers).
Warranty Information:
Mattress Safe® products are made with top-of-the-line materials and quality workmanship. We provide warranty with proof of purchase against defects in workmanship and materials. Structural damage caused by abuse, misuse or not properly following the care instructions will void the warranty. Mattress Safe Inc. is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of its products. In no event shall the responsibility of Mattress Safe Inc. exceed the purchase price of the warranted product.

Return Policy and Procedures:
- All returns must obtain a return authorization number from Mattress Safe proir to shipping.
- Order discrepancies must be reported within 5 business days of Invoice.
- 25% restocking fee on all non-D.O.A. (Defective On Arrival) items returned.
- $25.00 charge on all returned C.O.D. checks.
